Conditions for Return/Exchange: If a Representative finds any issue with the product quality or packaging, they may request a return or exchange by following these conditions: Timeframe: The return request must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. Point of Contact: Return must be initiated through the same Outlet/Distributor from where the product was purchased. Reason: A genuine reason must be provided along with the request. 2.Required Documents for Returns To complete the return/exchange process, the following documents must be submitted: ✅ Duly filled Product Return Form stating the reason for return ✅ Original Invoice or Receipt> of the purchase ✅ The product must be returned in its original condition, unused and with intact packaging Note: Representatives are advised to check expiry dates and packaging condition before initiating a return. 3.Ethical Purchasing Guidelines Herbdivines Global Business India Private Limited's encourages responsible purchasing: Representatives should buy products based on genuine demand in their network or for personal use. A Representative should ensure that at least 75% of previously purchased products are sold or used before placing new orders.
